Dalton Court featured in Architects’ Journal
April 10th, 2008 by Russell CurtisThree Towers, the Manchester residential development by Urban Splash, for which Tim Riley was lead architect, has featured extensively in this week’s edition of Architects’ Journal.
Tim completed the first of the three towers whilst working with Liverpool-based architect Union North. The project involved the redevelopment of three existing 1960’s tower blocks into new apartments suitable for contemporary living.
The project involved a complete reconfiguration of the internal spaces, and replacing the external cladding with new high-pressure laminated timber panels and full-height windows offering spectacular views of the city.
