Maida Vale residential project granted planning permission
November 21st, 2008 by Russell Curtis (russellcurtis)RCKa’s proposed extension to a residential property in Maida Vale has been granted planning permission, despite a recommendation for refusal by Westminster’s planning team.
The contemporary extension is part of a wider refurbishment project, which will reconfigure the client’s living space to provide a more generous and suitable home for them and their growing family.
Located close to Maida Vale underground station, the scheme involves the construction of a new sunken living room with a dramatic corner roof window and a large sedum roof providing visual amenity for those in properties above.
The project is due to start on site in the new year.
