Muswell Hill extension submitted for planning

RCKa have submitted designs for a new residential extension in Muswell Hill for planning permission.
Clad in striking green horizontal boards, the new extension will provide an enhanced relationship between the existing property and the rear garden, and include a new dining room and bathroom.

Halfacre Cottage submitted for planning

This new family home, with two floors of accommodation above a basement plinth, will replace an existing 1930’s timber framed cottage which currently sits on the site.
