RCKa win Preston Housing Competition

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve won the prestigious Gateway Goes for Guild housing competition.
Run by the RIBA Competitions Office for Community Gateway Association, the competition attracted 74 entries, and the shortlist of four was announced in November last year.

RCKa Shortlisted for Preston International Design Competition

We’ve been shortlisted for our entry in the Gateway Goes for Guild international design competition. Four teams have made it through to the final round from 74 submissions.

Paper City: Urban Utopias Exhibition at the Royal Academy

The Royal Academy of Arts have been running an exhibition called “Paper City: Urban Utopias” featuring a collection of sketches and illustrations which have featured on the back pages of Blueprint in recent years. Europan 10 Launched

The Europan 10 competition launched yesterday, with 62 sites across 19 countries – significantly down on the 73 sites that took part in Europan 9. The UK is a noticeable absentee from this year’s competition, following CABE’s failure to identify any viable sites.

Redcar Seafront Competition – “Market Harbour”

These images are from RCKa’s entry to the Redcar Seafront competition. The competition called for innovative ideas for the regeneration of the historic promenade at Redcar on the North Sea coast.
