We’re developing plans for a new extension to a private house in Hampstead.
The proposed extension will provide an enhanced relationship between the existing house and it’s rear garden, with an interesting folded roof-form creating dramatic internal spaces, the lifted corners of the extension allowing daylight into the depth of the plan.

Our extension to a garden apartment in Maida Vale is nearing completion. The sedum roof has now been installed, and the triangular corner window has been fitted. This gently sloping rooflight, in the corner of the new living room, allows natural light down into the space and provides views up to the tree canopy above.

The refurbishment and extension of our Hackney project is well under way. The existing staircase has been removed partitions are being fitted and new floor structure installed. Once the steelwork has been erected work can begin on the extension and glazed courtyard to the rear of the property.

RCKa have submitted designs for a new residential extension in Muswell Hill for planning permission.
Clad in striking green horizontal boards, the new extension will provide an enhanced relationship between the existing property and the rear garden, and include a new dining room and bathroom.
