The proposed extension will provide an enhanced relationship between the existing house and it’s rear garden, with an interesting folded roof-form creating dramatic internal spaces, the lifted corners of the extension allowing daylight into the depth of the plan.

The existing staircase has been removed partitions are being fitted and new floor structure installed. Once the steelwork has been erected work can begin on the extension and glazed courtyard to the rear of the property.

Clad in striking green horizontal boards, the new extension will provide an enhanced relationship between the existing property and the rear garden, and include a new dining room and bathroom.
